About RCRZ
Privacy notice
Learn what information RCRZ handles, how long it is retained, and how to manage your privacy choices.
Information and use
RCRZ processes account details and activity to provide, protect, and maintain the website. Account data includes your username, email, optional display name and country, and your use of authenticated features. We record your privacy choices and the time they change.
Optional partner sharing
No partners are currently configured, and RCRZ does not share account information with partners. If this changes, partners and the information shared will be identified here before sharing begins. An optional partner-sharing choice is available in your account privacy settings; it does not authorize sharing with unnamed partners and can be withdrawn at any time.
Regional motorsport fan map
Members may enter a country, province or state, and region in their profile. This information is excluded from the public fan map unless the member separately opts in through privacy settings. The map shows only aggregated fan-interest counts for groups of at least five members; it never shows individual profiles, exact addresses, or member-level locations. Members can withdraw this map opt-in at any time.
Advertising
If advertising is enabled, RCRZ displays a single responsive Google AdSense placement only on pages selected by an administrator. The advertising choice cookie, rcrz_ads_consent, remembers whether you accepted or rejected ads for six months. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide and measure ads after you accept. You can change the choice for future ad requests through the controls next to an ad; see Google's privacy information for details about its processing.
Account inactivity and retention
After three years without authenticated activity, an account is deactivated and sign-in requires an explicit reactivation. After seven years without authenticated activity, account identifiers and profile details are anonymized, access credentials and roles are removed, and consent and audit records are detached from the account. Related attendance, memorabilia, submissions, and other records are retained under an anonymized account reference.
Text and media that users contributed may contain identifying details within the content itself. The retention process does not automatically detect or redact such details.
